Gourjara was a servant for the royal family. Born a lower class saiyan, he worked his way up to the elite levels of the best of the best, the royal guard, who put even elite Saiyans to shame. Even though he was equal to the royal guards in strength, he was born a lower class Saiyan, meaning he was merely a servant. Granted, a very special servant. He was the caretaker of the prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta. His job was to make sure the boy stayed out of trouble, fed him, and made sure he got to bed every night.
